Being flexible is the most valuable trait a person can have when going on a mission trip. As humans we always want to plan our days down to the last minute and never let anything surprise us or get out of our control.

And then we realize who is really in control- and that is the Lord. He can change things. He will change things!

Our team was supposed to be going to Ireland to serve. Things changed and now our team will be spending time in Kotor, Montenegro!

I am really excited for this trip because the Lord is already acting and allowing us to follow where he guides.

I didn’t know much about the country of Montenegro. While I was on the World Race, we served in Albania, which borders Montenegro. That is all I knew.

After further research, I learned some pretty interesting things about the country.

Out of 650,000 people living there, only around 150 are Christians. During our time here, we are hoping to do some relational outreach within the community and helping a ministry establishing itself there in Kotor.

Pray for our team, for health, stamina, safe travels, and for the Lord to speak loudly – so we can take action in the city and country of Montenegro!
